“Artist” Statement
My involvement in art has grown as I’ve had a long standing interest in Classical Art and collecting photos & picts of great artworks for my personal collection, over many years. My interest further grew as my daughter, having displayed an early interest, and talent, began taking art lessons a year and a half ago.
To defray art lesson costs, I agreed to host and build my daughter’s art teacher’s art website, in exchange for the lessons, and a portrait or two. As I built the site, with search engine optimization (SEO) in mind, other works, as noted above, promulgated. This is my third ancillary endeavor related to art; funny how one interest sparks another, then another, and so on…
As an SEO expert & web developer, I am an “Artist” of sorts; I don’t paint on canvas with brushes and paints, but my masterpieces are in “ether-space” on websites with depictions and words.
